15 Records to Bankruptcy

I went to Toronto to do some record shopping and visit some friends over the weekend. I ended up charging 15 new records to my VISA. Ouch.

Since I was already feeling like such a jovial individual, I also decided that I was going to make an appearance at VIRAM at The Docks. I hung out with Big League Chu, Czech, Ian Cognito, Red Turtle and D-Monic. All super chill, super nice guys. I ended up staying until 4:30am and had a blast! I spent most of the night in the breaks room dancing my ass off. I didn't even get to catch any of Andy C's set due to this breaks addiction of mine. Meh~

Saturday I came back to London so that I could come out to The Courtyard for Process This. Another great party. Czech played an great set which included many funky, down-tempo tracks. I was definately in the mood for this considering a third of the records I bought were also this style. The Incredible Melting Man's set also blew me away. His original, down-to-the-bone chilling tracks made it impossible for me to stand still.

Another amazing weekend full of great music and great people!
